Description: Franz Josef emerges from a building to acknowledge the cheers of the crowd. He walks with members of the local rifle club. He listens to an address at the local military academy and receives a bouquet; with him are Prince Rainer and Adjutants Lobkovitz and Graf Paar. The Emperor is shown around the local school - schoolgirls perform a kind of floral dance for him. He then goes on to inspect the cadets at the academy. His carriage then takes him back to the house where he is staying.
Hungarian film of Emperor Franz Josef's visit to Sankt Pölten in lower Austria, probably before the First World War.
